If you are not satisfied with an item and wish to return it, this has to be done within 14 days after you received your order. The product has to be in the same condition in which you received it/them and with all its/their labels and tags on. Please note that a return deposit of 50 SEK will be added at your cost.

If you return your order from outside of Sweden, you will pay for the return cost. Make sure that you get a tracking number for your parcel. 

If you received your order with Budbee, email us to get your return slip. 

HOW TO RETURN WITH DHL

  1. Place the items you want to return back in the bag that you received your order in, with all tags attached.
  2. Fill out the returns form that you received with your order and place it inside the bag. 
  3. Stick the enclosed  DHL return shipping label on the outside of the bag. 
  4. Drop off the parcel at your local DHL office or at our showroom at Gamla Brogatan 15, Stockholm

HOW TO RETURN IF YOU ORDERED WITH BUDBEE

  1. Place the items you want to return back in the bag that you received your order in, with all tags attached.
  2. Fill out the returns form that you received with your order and place it inside the bag. 
  3. Email us to get your DHL return shipping label and place it on the outside of the bag. 
  4. Drop off the parcel at your local DHL office

HOW TO RETURN FROM OUTSIDE OF SWEDEN 

  1. Place the items you want to return back in the bag that you received your order in, with all tags attached.
  2. Fill out the returns form that you received with your order and place it inside the bag. 
  3. You will pay for the return cost. Make sure that you get a tracking number for your parcel.

RETURN POLICY

  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

  • Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. This also applies to items on sale. 

  • Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

  • Items should be returned new, unused, and with all designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

  • No exchanges available via returns. Please place a new order at www.marvilleroad.com to secure your favourite pieces.

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS

If you do not pick up your order at the service point, we will charge you for delivery, return and storage costs. The cost of this is 100 SEK. Be aware of that uncollected items are not counted as cancellation of your purchase.
